Who We Are

Murder Mystery Host is owned and operated by Maddison Games Ltd., a specialist publisher of murder mystery party games. We have been selling murder mystery games online since 2003, making us one of the longest-established names in the business.

Our games are designed for anyone who wants to host their own murder mystery night — whether that's an intimate dinner party for six, a birthday celebration for twenty, or a large-scale corporate event. No prior experience is needed; everything your guests need is included in the kit.

As well as supplying individuals, we have a long history of working with major corporations, providing large orders for team-building events, client entertainment, and corporate gifts.

Our Games

Most of our games are available as printable downloads — the game is either emailed to you directly, or you receive instructions on how to download it. You then print the contents at home or at the office and you're ready to play.

A limited number of games are also available in a boxed format, containing all the printed material ready to use. Some boxed editions include a CD or DVD as part of the game. These are posted directly to you — however, since January 2022, boxed games are only available for delivery within the United Kingdom.

Our History

2003
Maddison Games Ltd. begins selling murder mystery games online. One of the first dedicated murder mystery publishers to trade on the internet.
2013
We worked closely with ...To Die For Murder Mystery Events to convert two of their popular live murder mystery events into downloadable games that anyone can host at home.
2014
A third collaboration with ...To Die For resulted in one of our most flexible titles yet. Adapting the game proved a significant challenge — extensive character and interaction updates were required — but the result is a more versatile party format that works for a wider range of group sizes and styles.
Today
Murder Mystery Host continues to grow its collection with new original titles written in-house, covering a wide range of themes, player counts, and age groups — from adult dinner party mysteries to games designed specifically for teenagers and younger players.
