Helena Tendall is the writer and host behind To Die For Murder Mystery Events — a name that rather says it all. With an English Literature degree from the University of Birmingham and a background in teaching, Helena has been writing and facilitating murder mystery events for over twenty years.
Her events have brought whodunit drama to an varied range of settings and audiences — from YHA weekends and village hall societies to schools, hen parties and team building days. She has a particular gift for making murder mystery accessible and genuinely entertaining for all, whether players are seasoned sleuths or complete beginners.
In addition to her hosted events, Helena offers self-guided countryside clue hunts starting from Youlgrave and Bakewell in the beautiful Peak District — part puzzle, part detective drama, and entirely thrilling.
